Health Guarantee

We pride ourselves in being conscientious breeders, meaning we thrive to breed out issues the breeds are prone to. To that end we do our best to keep up to date on new testing practices and DNA test all our dogs. That being said, nothing in life is certain, so we offer the following Health Guarantee:

Where an animal is returned to the business within 21 days of sale, accompanied by a statement from a veterinary practitioner that the animal is unacceptable for health reasons, Royal Springer Spaniel Pups will take back the animal and refund 100% of the purchase price.*

If the animal is diagnosed with, suffering from, dies of or is euthanised from a physical defect or disease that is traceable to a point of sale within 3 years of purchase, Royal Springer Spaniel Pups will refund 100% of the purchase price.*

* For that to happen, the owner has to provide supporting statements from a veterinary practitioner, including test results, where a suitable test is available. Furthermore the owner has to make veterinary reports and test results available to Royal Springer Spaniel Pups, so that we can obtain our own veterinary advice for the purpose of improving future breeding management. Test results and death certificates must be linked with the animals microchip number. If an heritable defect is suspected we will hold off on breeding from the affected dogs parents until all testing is complete and it is certain the parent is healthy and not responsible for the terrible defect. If we do find one of our dogs to be the reason we will have him or her retired immediately.
